  1. Frightening scenario of Oral Pathology ... Time to wake up

I would like to bring to attention to all the office bearers of the IAOMP that the current situation of oral pathology is worsening with passing time. In most of the colleges last year and more than that this year the pg seats are not getting filled. Being a paraclinical subject and more of academically oriented subject, it is a fiercing reality to face, as it makes the possibility of getting jobs much much more difficult. As many colleges are in such situations thinking in terms of surrendering the seats due to this reason the safety of jobs of the already recruited staff is also endangered. I request our senior members to think of ways to tackle the situation before it goes out of hand.
